Design and Discovery

Prior to any sale, an IDX representative can consult with you about your specific project requirements and help you select the right combination of products to fit your application and existing site architecture. We support you every step of the way in developing specifications for both simple and more complex solutions.

Installation

IDX and/or its partners will assist in user-installed systems, guiding you through and managing your process or provide complete on-site installation and deployment services for any of the products we offer.

A highly trained group of specialists who are on call 24/7 to support the more complex installations and deployments and provide on-going support for those installations. Rhino support from IDX can integrate your new system into existing architectures, help you setup and deploy hardware, and train your employees.

Hardware Repairs and Maintenance

IDX offers both depot and on-site maintenance and repair service for all of its hardware product offerings.

Warranty and Software Maintenance

All factory warranties, hardware and software maintenance programs offered by our partners are extended through IDX.
