At the heart of Csoft’s megaTrak™ is a very robust warehouse management system (WMS) created for those who have more complex, high-volume requirements for inventory and process automation. Csoft’s megaTrak offers a very high level of configurability without sacrificing ease of use and scalability. Users find all the basic functionality plus the ability to accommodate more granularity and control as their organizations grow and change.
Csoft’s megaTrak software is available in 6 bundled packages depending on your operational requirements. Customers can start with more basic versions and add modules as needed. Modules operate in tandem and seamlessly integrate to provide a comprehensive solution to all your material handling requirements. While aimed specifically at larger operations, megaTrak can be scaled to meet the needs of smaller organizations as well.
All Csoft materials management products are built with the same product philosophy in mind…they are highly configurable and scalable and can be adjusted easily to your company’s in-place methods, future growth and process changes. Through Csoft’s engine-based approach, naming, process changes, reporting and client screens are configured by permissions at the user and administrator level…not by programming.

Picking and Shipping
This module collects detailed tracking information, shipping documents and interfaces to existing freight systems such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Csoft’s megaTrak contains freight cost tables for LTL and FTL freight vendors as well as the ability to capture Pro, seal and BOL information. A VICS Bill of Lading document can be auto generated as part of a transaction or generated by the information on a pick transaction.

Manufacturing Execution
Csoft‘s manufacturing module supports kiosk-style, simple barcode scanner and mobile computing data entry for production environments. It tracks labor, jobs, light assembly and work-in-process (WIP) and can integrate with the WMS and ERP. Csoft’s megaTrak™ Manufacturing Execution module does everything you need to track and report material flow from receipt of raw materials to finished goods inventory.
